Returns must be arranged in advance. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of items(s) and must have our written Returned Goods Authorization Form with an RGA number clearly displayed on the return shipment. A copy of the RGA must be included. Returned item(s) must be in original condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc. We cannot provide refunds for opened item(s) that are not defective. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on non-defective returned items, and buyer is responsible for return shipping, handling costs and insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return refund if the product or packaging is not in acceptable condition.

Missing, damaged or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged immediately upon notification with no cost to the buyer.
